A Basic key holding facility ONLY. (Storage) Where we can legally act on your behalf for emergency key holding services.
We can provide key access only to your property for tradesmen that you request and emergency repairs that you initiate at any time of the day or night. and all for less than €2.45 Euros a week
Any time involved in the completion of these tasks will be invoiced at our normal hourly rates.
This is available 24 hours a day in the event of repairs or any emergencies in your absence that you wish access to keys for access to your property.
This is also included as an essential requirement of any of our full rental packaged plans that you may choose (at no extra cost).
Or you could also choose to purchase this as an individual segment to suit your budget.
We also have available a meet and greet service which incorporates the above listed key holding facility.
However, you will find If you rent out your property privately, and are not based locally, this could be a more suitable option for your emergency eventualities.

The advertised price includes up to one hours labour per handover of your keys, anything above this will be invoiced separately to you.
