This charge is only applicable to our contracted clients, and is a monthly recurring agreed invoice for all Generalized items including cleaning materials, sprays etc, Toilet Rolls, Bathroom hand Cleaner, Air fresheners and a bottle of wine given to vacation clients on their arrival.

The items all help generate good reviews and happy vacation clients to your apartment, and the costs are assessed on our experience of cleaning over a twelve-month period
