Property Cleaning makes all the difference when you're renting out your property. First impressions can make all the difference between your client accepting your rental property or not.
Mark and Andreas Apartments have had many years' experiences in property cleaning. Our own managed apartments hold trip advisor and AirBnB awards, so were doing something correctly.
- Small Property Clean €49.00 Euros (Based on a Studio or 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom)
- Medium Property Clean €59.00 Euros (Based on 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom)
- Large Property Clean €69.00 Euros (Based on 3 bedrooms and up to 2 bathrooms)
We also supply interior cleaning (for all sizes). As a repeated item, or as its required. and provide low-cost cleaning as a structured plan, or as part of a combined package prior to a long vacation rental, or long-term Holiday Rental (Contact us for details)
For Vacation Holiday Rentals, The Cleaning costs are paid by the incoming client, which we claim back on a monthly invoice basis.
(If individual cleaning requests exceed 4 per year, the amount is reduced significantly from the fifth clean onwards).
