Our refunds policy is as follows
Refunds and Returns
- Refunds and Returns, You must quote your Order reference Number on any cancellation.
- The term agreed for Management contracts is TWELVE MONTHS, from the date of signing the first agreement, and it will be automatically renewed for same periods in the event that the parties listed do not notify their decision to not renew it.
- No partial refunds of management fees will be refunded.
- In order to stop the renewal of your contract, the contract holder must send an email to Mark Goshawk to the email address: firstname.lastname@example.org indicating that they do no longer want to fulfil the present contract, with a minimum notice of THIRTY DAYS before the termination of the current contract period.
- We will send you an official E-Mail to notify you that we have received any notice of intended cancelation.
- Any individual products sold through this website are non refundable, and will remain where applicable in force for a 12 month period from purchase, or the individual service is completed (whichever comes first).
- If you can show we have failed to provide a satisfactory service as advertised through our website, you must contact us at our registered Email with your issue/s
- any personal Items secured for the completion of our operation of the said products shall be returned in full on the completion of the purchased services.
- If a refund is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within Ten working days.
Late or missing refunds
Our Refunds are fully handled and fully automated through our Card Processors “Stripe Payments Ltd”.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted to your account.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
